You may cancel your loan application at any time prior to the final disbursement of funds without any penalty. To cancel an application, please notify your dedicated Credoras advisor or email contact@credoras.shop.
Processing fees, if any, are disclosed upfront during the application process. These fees are generally non-refundable once the background verification and documentation process has commenced, as they cover administrative and third-party verification costs incurred by Credoras.
Fees for financial consultations and advisory services provided by Credoras are refundable if you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a partial refund or rescheduling fee.
Terms for early loan settlement or prepayment are governed by your specific loan agreement. Credoras encourages responsible borrowing and offers flexible early settlement options in many cases.
Eligible refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days through the original payment method used. You will receive a confirmation email from Credoras once the refund is initiated.
